I don't have much experience at this location. It was my first time visiting and the teller, Javarne, pleasantly greeted me immediately. He was very attentive and helpful, and even went the extra mile to show me how to navigate through the Chase Mobile app. I really appreciate Javarne's dedication to customer service.

I have tried opening a security deposit twice now at this branch and both times they have been a horrible experience. I wouldn’t use this branch for anything but their atm
