Doctors and staff are careful, capable, and compassionate. I recently spent part of an afternoon waiting on my kitty's lengthy treatment – I preferred to stay rather than driving home and back – and watched the staff offer kind, helpful, and thorough support to every single patient and human who came through the door. It was a busy afternoon, but they maintained calm & positivity throughout.
Alpha is a very busy practice. Sometimes, when I call, I have to wait on hold for a while. When I come in, my appointment probably won't start on time – but I know they're being as careful with everyone's animals as they are with mine.
I guess this is more than a review: it's my thank you to them, a public marker of my gratitude for all they do.”
“Staff was great and I was so happy to see my old pup feeling better in the walking tank. After debating if it was right for her, we brought my 14 yr old dog here. Her leg has some issues and we are fitting a brace (this place isn't expensive but the brace is. You should know if you need one. But not everyone will) I really wish we did this sooner. She slept so soundly last night after her first rehab appointment. We are going back Wednesday. Everyone was super friendly and kind to the dogs.”
