I am so thankful to Tom and his team for fixing my car QUICKLY, for a great price, and without issues. Things I didn't even realize were problems (those little quirks that some cars have) were fixed and my used car left his garage better than when I bought it off the dealer lot a year earlier. Tom was friendly and immediately diagnosed the problem, told me when he could work on it, and it was ready when he said it would be ready. Easy, friendly, efficient. I have been taken advantage of at other places because I don't know anything about cars and just have to have faith in the mechanic. At Tom's, I was treated with respect and I trust their work at a fair price.I don't even live in Frenchtown, but as long as I am able to get my car here, this is where I'll be taking it from now on.

Took my Volvo and for a repair on the timing belt and then it turned out to be a valve job,. They kept my car for nearly two months just sitting there and did not know how to work on foreign Volvo cars but still did and manage to break passenger front light also broke sensor for cooling canister. Missing bolts on the motor mount and the crossbar stabilizer for the motor. They were debating on who was going to fix and do the valve job whether they send it out or not and decided to do it themselves to save money and screw the job up because I'm still facing an oil leak and kicked us out of his shop when we confronted him about the sensor for the canister of the cooling system that he removed. Terrible job on rebuilding my engine in which he charged me $3,000 well close to it,. So now I will need . To have the repair looked at because it's making a clicking noise what sounds like the valves that he replaced and screwed up not to mention the seal for the block that he had sealed after finishing the job,well that started leaking and smoking and then he had to repeat the job again. I still didn't get it right there are broken and missing bolts within the engine itself and they failed to claim liability for it so please take your vehicle somewhere else if you're having major repairs done to it and let them know not to lean on your headlights during that work on the engine
