Exorbitant prices. Mediocre service. All of my neighbors use other providers, now I know why! Suffice it to say, this was my first and last season using Stem Brothers.

I called 10-15 propane companies around NJ and PA and Stem Brothers has by far offered the best prices for buying your own propane tanks and have overall been professional, communicative, helpful, and transparent. I am grateful for everyone at the office that I’ve spoken to as well as Mike and Devin. Thank you for being great people ??

We had run out (heat is on a lot due to a 90 yr old needing heat 24/7) and Karen at the office made sure a truck arrived within an hour. The driver kindly ensured that the system was ready to restart. Thanks for this excellent level of service.

The air conditioner at my business broke down. The tech came out within 15 minutes and fixed the issue. I am so glad to have stem brothers in Milford. Great customer service!

Stem Brothers to the rescue... again! I ordered oil from a discount supplier Saturday before the February 1 snow storm, but didn't hear from them until Wednesday, and they said they couldn't deliver until the following Tuesday! By now we're running on fumes so I called Stem that morning, who said they could deliver by Friday. "Better then Tuesday," I told myself, envisioning pipes freezing over the weekend (not to mention my family). So when does the Stem truck show up? That afternoon! Not the first time Stem has come to our rescue for either repairs or an urgent delivery. Worth the few extra cents a gallon for this kind of service. Thank you so much for taking care of my family. -Adam

I'm am writing to express gratitude for the service I received recently. I failed to order propane in a timely manner and ended up running out. Karen (and Jackie) were incredibly understanding and graceful. Karen made sure a delivery was made to our home the same day (despite the empty tank being 100% my fault) and ensured the driver returned to complete the leak test and make sure we were taken care of with pilot lights. We were already satisfied with Stem Brothers' service and already recommend you readily, but the quick response to our needs further endears your company to us. Thank you so very much for outstanding customer service!

Great family owned company with highly skilled and educated service department that installs and services both oil and propane systems. They also deliver oil, propane and fuel. They are a “full” service company.
