Paid $12 for a car wash. It said wait for the green light to come on, and it never came on. Called the number left a message and they couldn't bother to call back. So now I'm out $12. Do you really want to go there!

terrible wash, my car was still filthy after dumping tons of extra quarters in. further disappointment as the vacuum had no suction. $$$$ for what I got.

Best DIY car wash around. Accidentally popped the vacuum cleaner hose off a few weeks ago, sorry! Easy fix but I didn’t have a ladder with me that night ? Still feel bad about that and I hope I didn’t cause any trouble because I genuinely love this place, it’s always my go-to wash stop on trips down river ???✌️

Great experience time and time again. Only thing I would encourage because it seems to be a thing these days and not every attendant seems to be aware, certain new vehicles include electronic gear shifters. Some manufacturers do not allow you to come out of neutral without feathering the brakes. This seems to be apparent in Hyundai’s, Acuras, and Hondas. I would highly encourage that you implement or enforce a wider margin between vehicles to allow for these models to safely depart from the car wash area without causing issues for you and other customers!

I bought a used low mileage CR-V in a distress sale for my son. It was dirty, the interior would qualify as downright disgusting. I have been a Shammy Shine car wash customer since they came to Flemington, this car was way beyond the drive through service so I figured I would try your express detailing services. Yesterday, the detailing crew at Shammy Shine in Raritan Township cleaned that Honda to the point where it looks and smells like a new car again. Far beyond my expectations when I dropped it off. Hats off to your team I could not be more pleased.

The last few times I have gone to the self service wash at this location, either the soap brush or spray soap has not been working. This last time, the soap brush was not dispensing and the water pressure was ridiculously low. I went into the building to notify an employee and was looked at as if I was bothering her. Cone off the car wash ports if they are not working instead of taking people's money!!!

This was the worst experience at the location in Easton I’ve had. I paid for the upgrade which was around $14 and it left spots all over my car front, back, sides etc...I had to wipe it all down to get most of it off and my windows were also all spotted and still are it looks like salt spots very disappointed!

Just went and had my oil changed at Phillipsburg Shammy Shine. All employees had ppe, and plenty of gloves. Glen and Lance were great, courteous, polite and wearing masks, they changed their gloves often too! My car is a new brand, they had my correct filter. In and out, done right and a 2.99 car wash too. Thanks for making it safe and simple!

Couldn’t line the car up properly, causing it to come off the rollers damaging my front bumper. Refused refund and excise after excise when asked to pay damages. Had to make a police report. Terrible company 10/10 don’t recommend at least not the Phillipsburg business.
