“My family was traveling on a 10 hour drive in 2 vehicles. My sons truck lost all power on the highway. I was able to start it and go to 2 different auto shops who said they couldn’t help me. I ended up at Giel’s. 2 of the mechanics who were eating lunch came out and helped diagnose and fix the issue. They didn’t charge me! I was shocked and so thankful. I would 100% recommend this auto shop to any and all!!”
“For general repairs, recommend. For body work, they're booked 1 month in advance, they don't do full paint jobs on cars, and they never got back to me even after a follow up call to get a quote. Disappointing but par for the course. Who wants to blow up another afternoon getting quotes? Of the 3 shops I visited, only 1 quoted, JDT collision in Phillipsburg.”
