“I picked up an auto transporter from U-Hail and.needed help to get my car up the ramp and secured. I googled "towing service" and clicked on the first result. I explained what I needed to the person who answered (Andrew) and listened patiently, then he said he can help me. It was Saturday around 5 PM, he texted his address and told me me to bring the truck/auto transporter and my car. When I got there, Andrew got the car on and secured it for me....and then he said there was NO CHARGE. Who does that??!! Andrew has a heart of gold and is an expert in towing.”

“Went here to have new lower bumper plastic installed after uhaul botched a hitch installation. The guys here had my car in and out the same day once the part arrived, pricing was fair, and they did a phenomenal job. The installation involved a small cutout for the hitch - their work was clean and tight. Made sure the internals were strong and done right. Can't recommend them enough. “I called and needed a tow from nj to ny and immediately Marty was attentive, kind and helpful on getting a truck out to help me. Ray was the person in charge of picking up my car and delivering it to my destination. My experience with Ray was smooth quick and very nice. Marty and Ray were not like those other tow truck companies where you call for a tow and the person picking up are angry grumpy frustrated and just have nasty attitudes. “I hit a curb wrong and poked a hole in my sidewall (not fixable). (Luckily it was the "bald" tire.) I stumbled upon this place. They had my size in a good used tire. Presto-change-o, my car is back to normal. Great price, and you'd never know it's a used tire. Since that day, I'm converted. When I need a replacement tire, I always get a used tire. (Always check your tire pressure right after getting a used tire. Most places do everything right, but a few have sent me on my way with a ridiculously wrong pressure, like 18psi or 45psi.)”

“I have been to this place twice before as they are contracted with my insurance and I needed to go for repairs after an accident. They were excellent both times, they finished the work on the time schedule that they had predicted, and I was very happy with the repairs and the bodywork.This time I went with a different car, one that was not involved in an accident. I was not aware that they do not do body work for non-accident cars. However he recognized me from the first two times I had been there, he did take a look at the car, he told me what it would probably cost outside from a facility that would do body work outside of insurance claim, and he gave his honest opinion that the work was probably not worth it for the age of the car and the continuing decay that would occur would probably take a few years, during which time I would still be able to utilize the car in an excellent fashion, and I could save the bodywork money. He also advised that if I really wanted to pursue the bodywork repair, I should not repair the existing hood panel, but should instead look for a hood panel in better quality from a salvage yard. But because of the type of car I have, he advised that it would likely cost several hundred dollars just for a used hood panel, plus the money that would be needed to repaint it and the two side panels so that they would match. The owner's name is Paul, and he had no reason to give me his honest opinion about the car but he did, and this actually ended up being confirmed by another facility ( Fort Lee road Auto body), who also confirmed that I should save the money for another use, namely to keep the car maintained well, and should hold off on making cosmetic repairs because it would not affect the functionality of the car, nor was it going to be immediate in its decay. I thank both of those facilities for giving me their honest opinion. I would go to either one anytime.”
