Horrible Seller They took the money but never sent the product. When contacted they asked for 3 additional days to find my order and then never communicated at all again. PayPal contacted them in my behalf but they never replied to PayPal either. PayPal gave my money back otherwise I would have been scammed out of my money

Do NOT shop with this company! You can find better deals in many other places. They mess up orders and send the wrong items and then it is a nightmare to return items and get the correct item or a refund. After two months, I’m still waiting on a refund for being sent completely different ink cartridges from what I ordered. I’ve spoken with customer service many, many times and they’re awful to deal with. Stay away!

Horrible customer service. The item I ordered was on back order and I was never informed. I had to call 3 times to check on my order. One month later I call again and they cancelled my order. Without informing me. PLEASE do not waste your time and money. You will regret it.

I have been purchasing toner from supplies guys for the last 3 years. (about 18 purchases in total) I have no problem with them or the toner. The only problems I have encountered had to do with the carrier Ontrac who cant seem to find my house in the country. I don't count that against Supplies Guys because that could happen to anyone. And when Ontrac failed to deliver I called and Supplies Guys promptly shipped out a replacement UPS.

Don't believe the 100% satisfaction guarantee. You have to dig down deep into the small print on their website to see that this is not the case. These guys are slime. Once you give them your money you ain't getting it back.

We tried this company for our schools toners and it was the worst company I have ever dealt with. The website processed a previous cart order. Then they did not ship out the correct order twice. I waited weeks for a refund for the one toner I never received. After several phone calls and emails trying to get our refund no one ever fixed it or contacted us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Their website is hacked and my credit card information was stolen on 7/12/2017 and used for fraudulent charges. I confirmed with US Bank that I had not used that credit card for any online purchases or travel for a very long time. US Bank agreed that my CC info was stolen from their website. Two fraudulent charges were made the day after I purchased at their website, one from Brazil and the second from a fake church. Thankfully I caught it very quickly and CC was shut down but a hug hassle as now I have to setup all my auto pays with a new card. I called Supplies Guys to report.

After calling and waiting over a week for an order that I paid for expedited shipping, I was informed that the order was never shipped out. There sent no notifications, Completely unprofessional.
