Went in to buy a new copy of a game and when I get up to the counter the guy is trying to sell me an open disc for the price of a new game and the reasoning is because gamestop had to use that box to display on the wall. It should be marked down in price then since technically it's opened and not new . So I politely ask if I could get a discount or the pricing for a used copy since it was open and everyone starts to get rude. Really niceHappy holidays

They are so stingy with trade ins i have never seen any gamestop ever do this. At all other locations i have been to uou simply walk in with a trade in and they make sure it turns on and if it does you get your value. THIS PLACE.... the guy who is always there tests the entire device or game you are trading in and deducts value based on what HE thinks it is worth. Gamestop refurbishes these products anyway who cares?

I would give zero but 1 is the lowest you can go. Gamestop survives because of trade ins. The fact that they wouldn't take my trade in because it didn't have controllers that they sell themselves is why I will never be going back to Gamestop. I was going to spend over $400 on top of the store credit I would have received in your store today now I will never spend a another cent at a Gamestop. Let them die.

Took my son here for a used game. Got it home and it didn't work. Returned it for another game, took it home and that one didn't work. Finally after 3 trips we returned it for a refund. A ridiculous waste of my time.

Called around to a few GameStop's and none of them would answer the phone, so i had to go physically and find out that they're neither busy nor do they have what I'm looking for. This place did and the gentleman working there answered the phone promptly.

I’m seriously disappointed with every experience at this GameStop. I’ve been going to this GameStop for years since 08 and every time I go there, I have to deal with this individual with glasses and a goatee. I gotta deal with him and it’s annoying that he can’t figure out anything else with his life and he projects his negativity and energy on to others. I love this place to death. I come here for all trade ins and purchases. Only he makes this experience terrible and I would love to go to other locations if they were more convenient.I’m surprised he’s still working at this location and has not had any other complaints towards him. Maybe it’s just me that’s he’s rude towards because of my ethnicity. He will never amount to nothing if he doesn’t change his attitude . What was this dude , raised in a barn ? Raamis
