Service is truly the worst. Scott disappears for weeks, then his team appears on a random day. There is always some excuse for delayed or unprofessional work. They charge a lot for bad service. Communication is the worst. They only contact you when they need money from you. Otherwise, good luck reaching them.

These must be fake reviews. There's nothing special here and don't expect help if you need it. They really need training in basic customer service. Like, don't walk away from a customer when being asked a question and don't point to another employee yards away when you don't know the answer. I gave up after asking two different employees, I was ready to spend several hundreds on a new yard, now looking elsewhere. DISAPPOINTING

this is my favorite place to get flowers! they have a great selection and really kind, knowledgeable employees. midge is always super helpful. the home decor is also very nice. i would recommend fairway to anyone in the area!

We bought our incredible Nordmann Fir Christmas tree at Fairway Estates today...it is beautiful tree and the staff was helpful and nice! They had some really nice trees...

Ordered firewood for delivery and the wood is really good and the price was right. Staff was very friendly. Will get wood from here from now on.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff with a wide selection of perennials and annuals. Trees and shrubs, mulch, soil, and other garden needs. Nice mixed baskets in decorative planters. They fill propane as well. Also have Christmas trees and wreaths in December. Worth a visit, you will fill up your car and garden and be back for more.

They had a wide selection of beautiful christmas trees and the employees were helpful in explaining the different types of trees and where to find what we were looking for! It is my first year purchasing a real Crhistmas tree and I was so glad I came here!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! We came here last year for our veggie plants, every single one did amazing and I was so happy but that's not even why I felt the need to review them... So recently I had the joy of apparently getting a few caterpillars on my dill plants . I love nature and wasn't upset that they ate everything , I actually wanted to buy more just for them and I stopped back here. The gentlemen I dealt with said there was no more dill plants. So I said that I was so sad because they weren't for me. He immediately said, " do you have caterpillars "? And I said yes. He then took out his phone and started to show me pictures of my exact new little friends and of what they were going to turn into! He explained that they had a bunch and he wanted to help! He then took me over to the parsley plants and told me that's what they love the most . He gave them to me for virtually nothing just about and then started to show me where the eggs were on them! I took them home planted them and guess what ? Wishing two days I now have about 15 caterpillars!! Amazing! I will certainly be an even better customer now ' it's nice to see a business that actually cares for nature.
