My first visit here deserved 5 stars. My second did not. 2 different people did my pedicure and the owner did my gel manicure. Looked good till the next day one of my nails popped off. I also noticed that 2 nails were crooked. So I went back to get them fixed and then the very next day, one of the crooked nails she fixed popped off. So today I will go back AGAIN and get it fixed AGAIN and let them know unless I need another fixing I won't be back

this asian lady her prices
are outrages and then she want to do gel no filling as i ask her please dont do this place ,$115 for nails regular nails and regular pedicure she has to be money hungry no wonder nobody comes
here anymore

Not going back…staff was friendly and on time. Very disappointed how my acrylic set came out so thick, and all different sizes and mis colored with dark spots. I was taking a minute to pic my color, and the worker began repeatedly smacking her hand on the counter rushing me to pick a color. One broke off while she was applying it, and it’s been only a few days a they are starting to crack off. no need to go back, at least for acrylics…

Does anyone know where Miriam went?! I'm so tired of on the job training in these nail salons. This owner doesn't care about the employees' skill set, as long as there's a body that comes to the job that day.

I am not one to leave a negative review, but I was extremely disappointed during my visit to this salon. Based on the 4 star review, I expected better. My friend and I went in for a gel manicure, regular pedicure. Here are the pros: -very friendly -clean facility Cons: -We had an appointment but still had to wait 30 minutes before we sat in the pedicure chair -I had three separate pedicurists do my toes. I have never seen that before. I don't understand why they switched part way through the pedicure. -The woman wrapped my nails so tightly in the foil to remove my previous gel that my fingers actually hurt an hour later when she took the foil off -When I was done with my pedicure, they sat me at the drying table and forgot I had also asked for a gel manicure. Then, I waited 20 minutes for someone to do my gel manicure as the nail artist that did my toes moved on to someone else -after 20 minutes, I spoke up to the owner and reminded her that I was getting a gel manicure. She rushed to get my nails done so she could get to her other customers and as a result, 8 out of 10 nails are bleeding from my nail bed. That is UNACCEPTABLE Safe to say, I will not be returning to this salon.

They refuse to answer any questions and just want to make appointments for your money. They do not care about your concerns. Do not trust this facility- extremely unprofessional.

The nail tech didn't understand English very well and that's a problem when you are trying to communicate. Did not get dry skin off my feet. So the $5 I saved was not worth it! Will definitely not go back there.Service: Pedicures

I had been here several times for pedicures before today, and had always had a good experience, obviously some better then others. Today I had made an appointment for 3 pedicures, despite being on time, we waited 45 minutes, the price went up, and I am going to have to redo them because she did an awful job. I think my 1 year old nephew could have done a better job.Not ever coming back. Ever.Service: Pedicures
