I scheduled a vaccine appointment online. I stood waiting at the counter for over 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me (and they were literally staring at me). The whole process took nearly an hour. I get everyone is facing staffing shortages and back orders. However, if you cannot meet the expectations of a scheduled appointment vaccine, decrease the frequency of appointments and do not allow walk-ins. Also, one of the ladies that works in pharmacy (middle aged assistant) is extremely rude.

The young lady who works there was very sweet, patient and friendly trying to help me resolve a refund. However there was an older woman helping her, who was rude and absolutely zero customer service.

The store is fine but don't book a vaccine on the weekend even though it offers tons of slots. Brought a nervous child for his only to find out there is a computer glitch. They aren't supposed to have the option. When I asked how I would go about booking an appointment correctly the employee told me to go on their website. I said that is how I wound up with my current erroneous appointment. I asked how I would know a lm appointment was truly available and she told me to go outside and read the pharmacy hours on the door. This was in January. The door had Thanksgiving hours. I emailed corporate and yet they still have sign ups for the weekends.

What is going on with Walgreen's? The Port Monmouth branch pharmacy has been closed all day. The Belford branch is opened but limited with prescriptions. Anyone who had prescriptions sent to the Port Monmouth branch can't retrieve them at Belford because of an inability to communicate with a pharmacy thats not opened. The 24 hour Walgreen was closed on Saturday night. People have to get their prescriptions filled. There are A LOT of dissatisfied people leaving without their prescriptions filled.

They do not do money orders as advertised
