Be careful when doing business with Verizon on Newman Springs Road in Lincroft. We went in to upgrade two iPhones with Josh and Joc. Without advising us, they changed one of our internet plans which caused a major problem for our linked family plan. It took many hours on the phone with Verizon to correct their mistake. Make sure they explain everything to you before you let them into your Verizon account. I will never go into that store again. We did not purchase our phones from them.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at this location. I was told I would be called when my new apple watch came in and I was not called. I had to call the store to ask to have it shipped to my house. Then, I was also told that I would be able to trade my phone in on at any Verizon store and that was not the case. I called to ask for help and the salesman there repeatedly told me to call him back, and whenever I did, he was not able to take to my calls because he had customers. He told me he would call me back and never did. I asked for help through the trade in process and he said I had to call customer service.

Ken was wonderful to work with. Very patient, intelligent, and kind. He was willing to help me upgrade my phone and was honest about the numbers, was very transparent about the best deal, and even stayed late to ensure the transfer was seamless. Thank you so much I am so happy about my new phone!
