Highly recommend this store! They were extremely helpful and patient with me throughout the process. Wayne and Chris were very knowledgeable and friendly! Russell Cellular is also a huge supporter of some local charities! Support local!

I arrived around 5pm on a Friday and there was a woman being helped while trying to video chat with her husband or son to repair their issues, there also was 3 people in a family who were getting new phones so they were transferring all of the information from one phone to the other so the wait time was quite long to be helped by the only assistant working at this location so kept going back and forth between customers.After about an hour he was able to address my issue of no internet luckily it was resolved quickly it seems that I hit something while putting the phone in to my pocketbook.They really should have more people working there because when I left about an hour and 15 minutes later he was still working on those people's issues and there was two more people waiting for there issues to be addressed as well.The technician did a good job trying to address everyone's issues but it would be much better if he had help and a person working alone in a strip mall when everything else was closed and It looked like someone either drove through or broke the windows out so it had plywood covering where the glass once was so if something happened to him no one would be the wiser unless they physically entered the establishment.Safety for your employees should be their priority!

My transition from T-Mobile was an unmitigated disaster. I had four cellular lines and they screwed up all four. One was transferred before I even received the new phone (so no contact during that week) For the other three none of the texting worked for almost two weeks! I probably spent 10 hours on their utterly appalling chat system where their overseas support have poor English, no training, and concurrently chat with a minimum of six customers!! If you MUST transfer the Verizon, do it in the store only. Will be transferring all lines back to T-Mobile, regardless of cost. Verizon appears to be a giant firm almost exclusively supported overseas where cost is more important than customers. Their service and support levels, if free, is too expensive.Their store in New Jersey was excellent in resolving the online idiocy for two of the four lines. The store gets 5 stars, Verizon earns zero.

Brian fixed my issue with my # transfer amongst other issues-spent over 4 hrs today with tech support and customer service with Verizon. He got to the bottom of it and handled everything.

Brian was a miracle worker! He was at the Skillman store and was able to help me with an urgent SIM card issue while I was on military assignment out of town. He was efficient, understanding, highly knowledgeable, courteous, and got the job done right! That is after 6+ hours over the phone with 5+ Verizon representatives who were unable to fix the issue the day before. THANK YOU BRIAN!!!!

The service I received today was outstanding. The gentleman at Russell's was a wiz at fixing the problem. He was patient and well-informed. I had an issue with the activation of my new phone. A Verizon chat representative somehow mistakenly deactivated my sim card. No matter how many Verizon representatives I spoke to afterwards they couldn't undo the action. Within 10 minutes the issue was solved. Now, that's service. And he was pleasant!!
