A New Jersey company purchased furniture from ourfactory. The address listed in the contract andagreement was 1385 HWY 35, #246 Middletown, NJ 07748, which seems to be the same as this store. l'm alittle confused.

My mother visited UPS to have something notarized and learned that they now operate by “appointment only.” While I understand the need for new procedures, these things should be clarified and updated online, especially when so many places don't update their services. My experience with the staff was disappointing. Although the two gentlemen on duty between 9 and 11 a.m. were not busy at the time, they didn’t seem to have the time to address my mother’s additional questions after another customer left. Zero acknowledgment. It’s important for businesses to engage with repeat customers, as this fosters loyalty and satisfaction. I hope they can improve their customer service by being more attentive and available to those who have inquiries, whether someone walks in with a appointment or not.

I come to this UPS store quite often. Service is always great. Today I needed to return items to Amazon. The customer service woman was extremely helpful and kind. She helped me with both returns with no questions asked. She is an asset to the store!

Bryan provided the WORST customer service. He was rude and dismissive. What could’ve been an easy answer to questions regarding an Amazon return was met with hostility and frustration. 0 stars. I will try to business anywhere else.

Horrible service. Middletown NJ Store #2103 lost my package and refusing to assist me with a claim. They have been less than helpful. Do not use them, go to Staples across the street!!

The young lady who was the cashier was kind enough to see me struggling outside with my heavy package and came out and grabbed it for me and brought it in. In addition, she let me know that I could print the label out there as I had something missing.
She was friendly, helpful, and efficient, and I was in and out of the store in five minutes.
