I went to work a warranty issue on my truck bed tool box. I was having issues and Paul the manger was great and so helpful and help make sure I left today with my warranted box.. thanks guys and thanks Paul and his team.. great place

I rarely make connections with employees at establishments. However, every time I come here I am welcomed, conversed with, and am given quick and excellent service. Each time I go to this location I’m lucky enough to have Makenzie assist me. It may seem simple but her service makes me choose this location over target, Walmart, and anywhere else every time! Thank you!!!

loved the service here, i took my dog for a bath and the employees were very polite and welcoming to us. this is the first place ive been to that the people are very caring. i absolutely recommend anyone with pets to come here its amazing.

Raymond Guisto, linden nj, blue collar, once you reach TSC, you have ascended to the next level of leadership, I’m there 4 times a month, get the part pay cash & go, get back to the job at hand, and what’s extremely helpful is when you walk in with the broken part and in 5 minutes you got it , a belt, a pulley, 4stroke parts , the list goes on, for my store, and all the other stores I drop in when I’m at other locations, TSC…… keeps my day moving in a timely fashion. U need it they got it.and forget there pet supply especially for dogs, we are dog people, now my wife is taking her girlfriends there,pet section is off the charts, I get nervous when I hear she’s shopping, lol,

I order often items for delivery from this location and last 3-4 weeks has been very bad delivery drivers take forever to bring my merchandise I do tip upfront always please take delivery orders more serious ..

Want to leave a great review for my pleasant experience at the TS of Middletown NJ.Lisa the assistant manager was a great help in doing a return and finding clothes of the right fit. All 3 of us were satisfied with our service Definitely will go back.

I usually shop at Monroe Tractor Supply, because it’s close to my home, but they didn’t have an item I wanted. I made a trip to the Middletown store and was pleasantly surprised at how the store was fully stocked with everything! The best part of my experience was being waited on by a personable and polite employee named Tom who provided me excellent customer service! I highly recommend this store for your holiday shopping or daily needs. I’ll be back for sure. Thank you Tom!
