I have purchased all my appliances from Thornberry’s for over 20 years. Most recently I purchased a new dishwasher. Jared came to deliver and install. He went above what I would have expected as he diagnosed an electrical problem. Jared was very friendly, helpful and considerate.

Sales people are helpful in the store. Bought a $3,000 Kitchenaid Combo Oven. TERRIBLE delivery experience! They unboxed the oven in the street and tried to use an unprotected hand truck under the oven door. I stopped them in time to put some original cushion under the oven. Very stressful and unprofessional nasty delivery head guy. I do not recommend buying here because of the bad delivery service.

Sales person misrepresented how the rebates work for Frigidaire. Not really a big deal. But when I called the owner and tried to ask about it he was rude, condescending and spoke over me the entire time and would not let me get a word in.

Memorial weekend was a great weekend to up grade a few of our appliances. We have shopped at Thornberry's several times and have never been disappointed. We went in and talked to Steve! He was so knowledgeable and very nice. He really knew a lot about all their products. We went in to just look around but we ended up leaving with a new Dryer, Oven & Refrigerator. Delivery was quick and we are very happy with our new appliances. We highly recommend Thornberry's. They have always done good by us.

We needed to replace our stove and we had such a great experience. They have a great website and I was able to narrow down choices before going to look in person. The one we chose was in stock and available right away. I was in the store Wednesday evening and the stove was installed Saturday morning. The installers were fantastic. I highly recommend!

Thornberrys appliance is a family owned and operated local business. I own a local plumbing business and recommend all my customers to this facility. The staff is very knowledgeable and always points my customers in the right direction. The install prices they charge on all their appliances Is unbelievably inexpensive without sacrificing professionalism.

My family has always used Thornberry's Appliance and have purchased all my appliances there including washing machine, dryer, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Steve is great to work with and is very knowledgeable of his products. I will always use them over a big box store!

Great selection, courteous staff, we and we were pleased with the refrigerator we purchased as well as the timely installation and removal of the old refrigerator. Moreover, Thornberry's was the best price around.

Place is an absolute dumpster fire. Do Not order from here. Between my parents and I there has been 3 failed appliances within the first 2 years of having them. Also if and when there is a repair needed, they will not offer up help for repairs. Nasty customer service save the headache go elsewhere.

Was promised delivery of a dishwasher between 2-5 on one day. Wasn’t delivered until following day. Installer blamed the way my old dishwasher was installed when he made two holes in the kitchen tile. Called store, promised a call back. If situation isn’t addressed I will be reporting the storeUpdate-never heard from store. When my tile is repaired they will be receiving the billUpdate-Thornberrys didn’t respond to BBB complaint which is now going to the NJ dept of consumer affairs

My experience buying a refrigerator and washer & dryer for my condo was wonderful! The salesman in the store was honestly so helpful in picking out both of my appliances. He was able to answer all of my questions and direct me to the best appliance for my wants and needs. I am so happy with my purchases! Also the delivery guys were amazing! Thank you so much for your help guys! I highly recommend!

I ordered a washer and dryer from Thornberrys. They came to install it and hit the gas line where the washer and dryer are supposed to be hooked up to. I had a horrible gas odor in my house. I called up the store. They said that’s normal and that it would go away. They said it was just going to burn off. Hours went by and the smell never went away. I had to call the gas company because I had a gas leak in my house and my house could’ve exploded at any time. I was three points away from evacuating my whole neighborhood. When I called and spoke to someone at the store they didn’t seem to care at all what had happened. I would not recommend them to anybody. Luckily I was able to get this issue resolved but not by the help of this company. Stay away.

can only give 1 star . you go in person to you put a order in for a appliance product .then months later you call to find out were the appliance isthey tell you cancel the order . If i cancel the order i would have came in person .Just like i did when i order it . They have come up with a better line of lying .Good Luck to whom buy there .

I was in desperate need for a wall microwave/oven combo and after visiting several retailers, I found the model I was looking for at Thornberry's. Thornberry's also had the most competitive price of all retailer I visited and delivery took place within a week. I'm very satisfied with the quick delivery timeline and fair pricing, particularly with current supply chain issues and inflated cost in goods/services.This is my 2nd purchased from Thornberry's and they were both excellent.
