Once again, Sunoco in Belford to the rescue. Got a flat tire in Red Bank and called Jimmy at Sunoco in Belford. Tow truck came in, no kidding, TEN MINUTES, and Jimmy gave me a ride home. Can't say enough good things about this shop! A+++++ service and skilled mechanic on staff. Thank you, Sunoco!

if I could give negative stars I would. man older than dirt came to tow through AAA membership, he was rude and then left without towing because he wasn't getting a service fee!

Called for a tow. They did more damage to the truck than I already had. Sub par work. Had to pull over to cut away parts they left hanging that was dragging on the ground. I went to complain and get my money back and have never been treated with such disrespect. They were yelling obscenities and sign languaging obscenities at me in front of customers. In the end no mechanic would touch my truck after what they did to it. No stars but I have to put one.

The service by the person in charge was subpar. He was rude, yelled at everyone around him, started screaming at me, the person in the tow truck, and anyone else that did not give him what was needed. If you need any help with your car, I would not use them.

After waiting for a tow from my Progressive roadside service for 3 1/2, I called this station because Iknew they had a tow truck.The owner came to my location himself within 20 minutes to pick me up and take me home because the trucks were very busy and he cared about me. He didn't want me out there waiting after Progressive left me out there so long. As of today I won't go anywhere else locally. The owner couldn't have been more professional and helpful. And we had never met before today. Now that's the way business used to be. Thanks SO MUCH.

I had the nicest tow driver John, from J&R tonight, even though it was snowing, and ice everywhere and other cars stuck on my street, John came with this amazing flatbed truck, towed my Passat out of the snow bank (sadly for me in front of my home) and everything went smoothly. He cared for the our safety, and was very careful with my car. I would recommend them very highly, and I live right here in Middletown. Thanks John for a great experience. Regards, Stephen

Stop threatening and cursing at your customers/clients. Ask for proof of ownership when letting vehicles off of your property.

My family member was involved in a late night auto accident. The flatbed driver from J&R was pleasant and professional. He even had to drive a block away and help a second motorist. When we went to the station a few days later, the owner was very nice and helpful. Ernie, the mechanic, went above and beyond for us, and was very nice as well. My experience with J&R Sunoco was nothing but positive.
