Unfortunately sometimes when you have a question you have to go looking for someone to assist you however the gentleman I found turned out to be the person in every department that I had a question which was very good and thankfully he was able to answer and or guide me through every question.

In my desperation I bothered him and he was nice enough To stop what he was doing. He also couldn't find what we're looking for but when others who would just say " We're out" he asked for a sku number. Turns out they had it but it was in a palette all the way to top. He grabbed his forklift and brought it down for us. Best of all, the item was discontinued and on clearance. Another lady came to help . They were both very nice. Ron and Lizette, you have restored my faith in what good customer service should be. Many workers and store managers have forgotten what that is”

“I have never used their services but I would like to recognize how kind whoever was driving a truck this afternoon was. I was trying to make a turn which left me with a blind spot BUT a very kind person driving one of your trucks gave me a hand up as if to say *not yet* then a thumbs up to say * all clear* because he/she had view of the blind spot. I could not thank you enough for this. It's nice to see someone going above and beyond especially in a company vehicle. Not sure who it was but thank you very much HGC!!!”
