I arrived at Mavis Tire Center just before closing time, and I was so impressed with the service. Mark went above and beyond to assist me, showing true passion and understanding. I explained that I had come from another maintenance appointment and was running late, but Mark kindly took the time to check my tire without hesitation.
His team was busy cleaning and organizing the station, and I couldn’t help but notice how clean and well-maintained the environment was. The waiting room was also very comfortable and welcoming.
It’s inspiring to see someone like Mark working so diligently and with a bright smile, even at the end of the day. Excellent service, great atmosphere—I highly recommend Mavis Tire Center!

Made an appointment for 10am didn’t get seen till almost 11am. Appointment was for a tire plug. Lack of clear communication when checking in. Then finally told me that I need all 4 new tires but couldn’t tell where leak was coming from. Then used a sales tactic of it’s illegal for us to put these bad tires back on. I suggest at least 2 new tires. I didn’t ask to look at other tires, only the one. My car is new and only has 43k miles. Tires have been changed before. Poor selling and communication. The one Hazlet is much better with better service and communication, for sure. Middletown is all about a sloppy upsell. Replaced my tire without telling me the cost or options

Went in for an oil change. Did not ask what oil I wanted. Upcharged me for full synthetic. Approximately
$130.00. Inspected my shocks, struts and axils.
Told me front axis was shot. Shocks were rusted and needed to be replaced as well as the springs and struts.
I was shocked. Estimate was astronomical. I took to Crown Tire immediately after I left and they informed me all were ok. Showed wear but not needed to be replaced at this time.
Moral of the story is I should have waited in the line at Fast Track(small local business )for the oil change. Mavis Staff was nice!! But shady to say the least.
Support local Mom and Pop shops!!
Lesson learned! Thank you for tutorial!! My fault!

Sat morning I had a long drive to Long Island and saw my tire was low. I stopped off at Mavis on 35 to put air in it. James came out to help me. Said he was sure there was a nail or screw in my tire and offered to fix it. He had my car up & the screw out & patched me up. The whole thing took about 15 minutes & he was so wonderful. James really helped me out and charged me fairly. I celebrate good people doing good things. Thank you James!
