Made a reservation online…got there, waited like 15 minutes after being told someone would be right out to help. They had a lunch date instead talking about the weather. Finally I walked out & went down the street to Enterprise!!

Whomever answered the phone today at this office around 2pm I'd get rid of that employee. What nasty person when inquiring about a car rental, you know it's a car rental business!! Went on about credit checks etc said cars need to be booked out three days in advance etc no problem Avis in red bank got the business. Poor employee skill set will highly recommend to any friend or family to avoid doing business here. Nasty to the customer.

Rented a car out of necessity due to a meet up with a deer. However, the service at Hertz in Middletown made it as painless as possible and worked with me so that I was able to keep the rental as long as possible without paying out of pocket. Would definitely use them again, but hopefully won't have to!

Ths place is good . They don’t have many cars as the website shows different than what the cars are actually available . Hertz needs to work on their availability of car more precisely on their website . We booked a car which was already taken so we were disappointed when we reached . I recommend call the places when you book to confirm . But the manager was very helpful worked around and provided a car.

Garett was extremely helpful in renting a car for one of my employees. I'm in Logistics and time is of the essence with deliveries, and thanks to Garett's willingness to solve my problem, my driver was in a rental within a few hours. Good company man offering me all the extra accommodations that can be added to the rental. Great company, great employees, I will be using Hertz again.

Garrett and John were delightful, professional, and awesome! The car was clean, new, and the pick up was on time. This was literally one of the best rental companies and offices I've ever experienced!

Mr. Garette was so welcoming when I first got the rental car from them, the Chevrolet Malibu. The transaction was so fast and smooth. I came almost at the end of their opening hours but he still patiently waited for me and accommodated me nonetheless. Service is highly recommended.

2023 Tesla 3 Car wasn't charged fully, it only had about 120 miles of range when I picked up. The car was filthy. 1st thing I did was bring it to the car wash!Car's front left light was constantly blinking. Gave me a headache and made other drivers flashing their high-beams at me. Tried calibrating the lights. I called the service department and the rep told me to bring it back to pick up location. Which closed at 2pm. Then she said to bring it to the airport an hours drive north, when I was goin 2 hours south.I Was charge $88 per day for extra insurance I never requested.Theres only 1 location with in 20 miles of Middletown NJ that offers super charging. I go there and there are NO availability. Charged it at home and took an entire 24 hours to get to a full charge.7 days later I dropped car at the Airport and waited 10 mins and still no one would assist me. I had to catch flight so I left. Called 800 number while waiting at the gate for my flight and the rep stated there isn't anything she could do cause I have to wait 24 hours for their system to update. What year is it 1989? I asked to speak to a supervisor and the rep transfers me to repairs.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! HORRIBLE COMPANY!I WILL NEVER EVER RENT A CAR FROM HERTZ!

Garret was helpful when picking up my rental. The gentleman in the office was not very friendly and honestly rude to the other employee right in front of us.Need assistance with my rental a couple weeks later and no one answers the phone. Charged my card with no explanation and can’t get a hold of anybody in the office. Have called numerous times.

Garret is a ROCK STAR! Amazing customer service, and made the experience a pleasaure. Only negative feedback - get a bigger lot! Tough to park when more than one car is trying to get into the location, and you are pulling in off of the Autobahn (i mean Rt. 35!).
