Rented a car out of necessity due to a meet up with a deer. However, the service at Hertz in Middletown made it as painless as possible and worked with me so that I was able to keep the rental as long as possible without paying out of pocket. Would definitely use them again, but hopefully won't have to!

Really nice people great experience. I was a bit frustrated that they wanted to charge me for my upgrade that is supposed to be free with my presidents circle status.
