Super disappointed. I’ve been coming here for quite some time and I feel the quality of time and effort put into a service has declined. I’ve had my nails done for less than 24 hours and they’re always peeling / chipping without any physical activity to make this happen. Very expensive salon for poor quality

I brought a too long floor length dress here for alterations. My usual seamstress was backed up due to prom season, so I figured I would give this place a try since I needed the dress within a week for a vacation. When I first went there, we agreed that the front of the dress would touch the floor and the back of the dress would be left alone. Upon picking up the dress and finally trying it on while on vacation, I come to find that the front of the dress was hemmed shorter than floor length, the back of the dress was hemmed shorter than the front and the inside liner is completely visible by an inch. It's disappointing that I paid $40 for terrible alterations. The worse part is the hem is completely uneven and I had on heels when the markings were made. I would never bring my clothing back here for alterations even if my usual seamstress is unavailable.Service: Alterations

Extremely disappointed with my service. I brought my baby shower dress to Harmony Cleaners to be altered. I was told my alterations were simple and they would take great care of my dress. I received back a dress that had tons of loose threads, the alterations have left the dress straps bubbling up. I also asked that the dress be pressed when I dropped it off, and I got back a very wrinkled dress where this did not look pressed AT ALL. I asked about this before leaving the location and was told "that's how the fabric is" without even looking at the dress, they didn't even offer to take a second look and try pressing again. I am now stuck bringing my dress to another cleaner in the area for it to be pressed and alterations corrected. Very frustrating and disappointing.

While I appreciate that they were able to do alterations quickly, I could not have been more disappointed with the work done. The dress was past my feet and we agreed to bring it up so that it would still be just above floor length with heels on (I wore the heels for the fitting). They also said they’d put “a stitch” in the front to hold it together. What I received back was a dress at about tea length, meaning that they’d take off several inches more than we agreed on. The top was also stitched together in such a way that it no longer wrapped properly. These are things any basic tailor should be looking out for. Additionally, after agreeing to all the work I was told it would be done that Wednesday. When I called Wednesday I was told the alterations were done but the cleaning was not. I chose to pick it up without having it cleaned and was met with extreme rudeness and hostility at this choice, simply because I was out of time.Service: Alterations

Highly recommend Joe and Harmony Cleaners. We moved to the area a year ago and I've used this place ever since. Shirts always come out good as well as suit pants. I got one of my wife's dresses dry cleaned here and it cost almost as much as the dress did ($15). I'd pass on that but otherwise this place is great and veteran owned.

This is the dry cleaners to go to when you need dry cleaning services. The owner is a veteran and very professional. I use them every week. I really appreciated when they altered my new suit for me. The turn around time is impressive. Thank you very much for your service.

The family always goes above and beyond for any customer needs. They proved that when I had a issue getting my suit within their operating hours on a Saturday. They offered to come in on there closed day so I was able to get my suit in time for that afternoon. Outstanding customer service. I will never forget your kindness, dedication and commitment to providing the best service in Middletown.
