My 3 year old with pneumonia needed her antibiotics filled. My husband went there and they turned him away saying they were closing and didn’t have time to make it even though it had been already sent electronically. Had it resent to Walgreens instead since it was open an hour later. They said they could fill it but we would have to pay out of pocket for it since CVS accepted the order it was billed to my insurance already. That made me even more pissed that they billed my insurance but had no intention on making it that day. I won’t go back there again. There should be more compassion in healthcare and that includes pharmacists.

Everyone here has a HORRIBLE attitude. Stay AWAY. Will never come here again. I can’t even believe how I was spoken to when I asked to most basic questions.

Walk ins are NOT welcome for vaccines. Not surprised they have such a low scoring. DO NOT bother to come to this pharmacy for vaccines. ! Be prepared to be turned away

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever used. I have been trying to get an antibiotic for a week to have strep and not be able to get medication is a disgrace. Run as far away from the CVS as you can. Nisha is worst pharmacy assistant

If you have something ready or want to drop off, Do it at drive through! Priority is drive through as waiting inside customers may purchase in-store products while waiting.

If I could leave negative stars I would. It's almost impossible to get a hold of anyone at the pharmacy and prescriptions are reportedly "never received." I highly recommend going to any other pharmacy.

I will never go to this or any other CVS or affiliate store. The nitwit at the Pharmacy counter had the nerve to tell me my Physician wrote me a prescription for a medicine that was no longer in production. I knew he was dead wrong but he insisted then RUDELY TOLD ME TO CALL MY Dr. what a joke I walked out went to STOP&shop and got my medicine.

⚠️warning⚠️Please do not buy gift cards from this place I bought one for $100 dollars for a Christmas present and someone else had already stolen the numbers they scratched them so hard that they deleted them so I called CVS customer services but they don't want to take responsibility for what they sell.

On my recent visit to the Middletown CVS, I encountered a very kind and compassionate young man working the front of the store. It was my first trip out after a long respiratory illness. I must have been out of breath and the young man asked me if I was feeling okay or info needed help. I was very grateful that he took notice and genuinely cared, in case I did need assistance. It’s very refreshing, especially today when most folks don’t seem to care about others. Thanks to this wonderful and kind human!
