I was here on October 25th, and I needed Prednisone. The pharmacist male that looked Indian said, " we don't have it,"
I whispered because I barely had a voice and kindly asked him if he could call or find out if the other CVS had it.
He said, " No one has it."
Now, how is that possible? He didn't even go into the system to check.
He didn't want to be bothered.
This place has changed so much, and the customer service has gone down the drain.
Thinking of switching pharmacy, this is not good đđź

The pharmacy manager was working. She was very courteous and polite. She had a smile the entire time she was trying to assist me. She went above and beyond to help me locate my prescription coverage information.

A pharmacy closes for 30 mins for lunch. What? Also my husband picked up medicine that need to be injected. Oh sorry we can give those without a script. Target you dont need a script for needles in NJ. Never Again.

They say they are closed between 1:30-2:00, I called at 1:00 no one answered, I came at 1:10 no one was there, I called again at 2,2:30 and still no one.

They as âpharmacyâ are supposed to disclose to the person picking up a medication that it was or wasnât covered by their insurance. So I was tricked into paying $130 for a prescription that I would have gotten for free had they done their job. Getting someone on the phone is impossible. Most of the staff talks to you like theyâre doing you a favor by accomplishing their job as terribly as humanly possible. Oh you called 15 minutes before lunch? Good luck having them pick the phone up. This branch exclusively is disgustingly mismanaged. CVS has lost my business for good and I will ensure I let my friends and family know to steer clear of this mismanaged âbusinessâ.

Pharmacy is open 10:00 am-6:00 pm on Saturdays. Their lunch is 1:30-2:00 pm. It's November 18, 2:29 pm and they aren't open. This place is useless.

Been trying to get my medication for over 2 weeks now. Zero communication. When you go there, they walk right by you and donât even acknowledge you standing there. Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Pharmacist couldnât care less when I expressed my concerns over the lack of communication. Donât waste your time here.

Everything went well on the side of the pharmacist. They need help with a better notification system when the customer's prescription is ready for pick up. Awesome job June and team!

Just visited this Middletownâs CVS asking for free masks since my daughter just got COVID positive so I need extra protection for both of us, but the older man cashier insisted giving me 3 following the RULE , I asked for one more for her because I only have cheap quality one which should be tossed away , so this man used a reprimanded tone said :â then ask your sick daughter to come in then I will give her ONEâThis is ridiculous and condescending! Iâm very humiliated but have no time to complain to manager so I decided to leave reviews about him, today is 4/18/2022 , it happened at 2:45 pm, I donât understand why a senior citizen like him has no bigger heart? Itâs not like Iâm conning him for masks? I wonât go back to this CVS , itâs newer but very scary

Just called to inquire if the pharmacy has Covid 19 at-home test kits. My exact words were: "Hi. Do you have..." and the woman who answered quipped "Nope" and hung up. I truly didn't even get to say anything about Covid test kits before she cut me off and hung up. Even if they're swamped, take a breath and be polite. I'm amazed.
