These gentlemen were to the point and got the work done quickly, no BS.
I stated what I needed, they clarified, said yes and just did the work. Other places were giving me the run around and trying to oversell.
Has been refreshing, will be the first place I go the next time I need tire work done.

Basically, family member brought their had all 4 tires replace on their truck, but the TPMS sensor went off soon after. Vehicle was brought back for them to fix; however, man at the store stated the vehicle was safe to drive and to continue driving it till it resets on it's own. After I advised him that the system does NOT reset on it it's own (especially since it's been almost a month since the tire replacement) and that the Ford manual has specific instructions on how to reset the TPMS system, he started to get angry and tell me how he works on tires for a living and that he knows that. He said that the vehicle has to be brought back another day/time since he's too busy to take care of it at the moment. Instead I later checked the tires, and I found that the both rear tires were much lower than the required pressure Ford sticker on the frame and the system needed to be reset (picture 58.9 PSI is the actual tire pressure and 73.0 is the required pressure). Crown Tire's prices maybe better than others, however, customer service is the sacrifice. The one star is for their prices.

What can I say? You know how people say how tough it is to find an honest repair shop that won’t rip you off? Well, Crown Tire is such a place. I started going to Crown Tire when I used to live in Middletown years ago and now that I live in South Amboy, I still go out of my way to take my car there for service. I have a ScionFRS sports car and all 4 of my shocks went and needed replacing. On top of that, I’m currently out of work and replacing shocks is an expensive job. Jeff and his team worked with me to replace my shocks at a fair price (not the going rate for such a job) in order to help me out. That’s the kind of business Crown Tire is. Can you spell INTEGRITY? Jeff and his team sure can! Thank you Crown Tire!

Went to this store because their other store on 35 screwed up my sister in law's tire. They said (35 store) that they fixed her tire but they did nothing. The store on 36 straightened out her tire for me and didn't charge me anything. If you need anything repaired or buying new tires, go to the store on 36.

I've come to Crown Tire for two "emergency" services. The 1st time, I had a hole in the sidewall of my tire and it needed replacement. The 2nd time, I needed my breaks looked at, which resulted in new rotors and break pads. Both times they have been extremely nice, transparent, and, in my opinion, fairly priced. Will definitely be using Crown Tire for any car needs that I have!

A few months ago my local service station mechanic was unable to remove my tire because he was waiting for a machine part. I needed to go to Crown Tire and kinda dreaded it. Had been there years before and hated the service. But this time around my experience was so different. I had to wait because they were super busy and I had no appointment. But they told me how long the wait would be, and it was. Once they removed and examined tire they explained the inside was shredded and they didn't have correct size except in their warehouse. Someone went and picked it up and it cost 240$ish. But I was treated well and honestly. They are planning a move to Route #35. I will continue to use them.

No appointment, walked in on a Saturday morning at 8:30am and was called for pick up by 10 am. Second time here, and will be back next time!
