Great costumer service, Mike went above and beyond to make sure I had the right part, I highly recommend this store, everybody worked has a team (Mike was helping me to find the right part while one of his coworkers initiated a return for me and the other coworker started the payment for what I needed). The total opposite happened to me at the competition, they even make me feel stupid (competition) for not knowing the name or part number of what I needed. Thank you guys of AutoZone at 1319 route 35 in Middletown New Jersey.

I stopped in here yesterday to pick up a light bulb for my headlight. The gentlemen that helped me was so friendly and even offered to change the bulb for me. Honestly this made my day, as I really did not want to overpay a mechanic just to change my bulb and I’m not super car savvy to do it myself. His coworker doubted that he would be able to do it without removing my battery (which they stated they could not do if this was needed), but he ended up being able to remove the old bulb and pop in the new one within minutes . I cannot explain how grateful I was ! He then told me not to leave yet , as he felt my hood was getting stuck when trying to open it so he wanted to spray the latch with a lubricating spray for me so that it would be easier to open next time. I truly was so please with their service and that this man helped me so much. I cannot say enough good things. I’m not sure if this is standard for auto zone to have their employees help customers replace parts, but it really made my day to have someone be so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much! I wish I knew the workers name to give him a personal shout out but unfortunately I did not get his name

The employees don't have any knowledge of any reward for members , ALL the reward when you purchase something are all over the store. No clue. I will never visit this store again.
