This is actually 0 stars. Stay far away from this shady place. Sold us an explorer which ended up needing the computer system replaced and they sent it over to Tom’s Ford which claimed the parts were on back order for over a year and they still have. No one calls us back from either place. I’m sure they’re in cahoots.

I live in Pennsylvania and drove an hour to look at a used vehicle for my son at A-KAR. They were willing to negotiate the price to fit my budget. After looking at several similar vehicles at other dealers, I purchased the car from A-KAR. The quality of the car for the price I paid was more than fair. They went out of their way to make sure the vehicle was in good condition and safe to drive. Their staff are kind and professional. Charlie, Ehab and Jesse went out of their way to make me comfortable. What impressed me the most was the honesty of their service department. They aren't the the type of place that will overcharge or try to sell you on unnecessary work. If they weren't an hour away, I would use them to service all our vehicles, and they will be my first stop when looking for a used car. Thanks again gentlemen for all your help!

I had a wonderful experience here in this establishment. I had a great time, the place inside looks clean and well organized. It was a long trip coming here (NY to New Jersey) but it was completely worth it. I definitely left here happy. Also Charlie was an amazing person to work with. He was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend Charlie if you are in the market on purchasing a vehicle. He makes the transition very smooth and easy. Again, I highly recommend asking Charlie on purchasing a vehicle.

My friend was buying a car and my rearview mirror recently fell off and it's not your standard glue back on. I inquired about pricing on the service the gentleman took a look 2minutes it was on no problem. Great service and expertise.
