WOW! What a great shop. I brought my dead iPhone to another repair place (MDrepairs) months ago, and they insisted that I needed a new motherboard for $500+. Later that day, the phone turned back on and it worked for several months.Recently, I couldn't get it to turn on again. Frankie at 2nd Chance Media worked his magic and it's back to working like new. Even better, they wouldn't charge me despite my insistence. They will get all of my family's business from now on, and I will recommend them to anyone who will listen.

Highly recommend 2nd Chance Media for your tech needs. I originally had an appointment with the Geek Squad who canceled on me because of the year/model of my Mac, but 2nd Chance was more than happy to help, work on and fix my MacBook! I will be returning for sure for future repairs or for purchasing refurbished machines.

This place is FANTASTIC! The people are knowledgeable and humble. They replaced the screen on my iPad in less than 24 hours and I picked it up on a holiday! I was so pleased, I went back with a computer I needed re-imaged. Prices were reasonable and the service is outstanding. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I went into the store and bought a laptop. They were very knowledgeable and gave me a good deal. Then about 3 weeks later I lost the charger. I went back to buy one and was given the charger for free. GREAT GUYS GREAT BUSINESS

I have a microphone I spent a long time trying to get working myself without a soldering iron and just glue. I spent a week trying to find a shop to do the wire repair and this shop was able to fix it for me. Very professional and fast, great team and wasn't that expensive at all.
