I use to shop at this store frequently .Unfortunately there customer service skills are AWFUL !! I can see many other customers have had similar issues dealing with their management . They have one particular female manger that is extremely nasty and argumentative with customers . I purchased deli meet late Monday night , and did not open it to use until 8am today . Once I realized it was not correct and uneditable I immediately took it back to the store as soon as I could. They refused to allow me to get the proper deli meat. I had to throw away the wrong one and once again pay for the correct one .I have also noticed this one manager does like to harass customers as well . Whomever is replying to these reviews clearly lack customer service skills as well !! They are extremely defensive and offer no customer support !! The point of having a customer service department , is to help and accommodate customers when there are issues . I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend shopping elsewhere !!

Their meat products are not fresh, you can buy any cut of chicken today and by tomorrow it has a funky smell. And there’s no point of going back to the store for an exchange/refund because the manager would literally give you dirty looks. Moreover, I observed staff members using the same gloves to handle both chicken and meat, Which raised serious hygiene concerns. Furthermore, I observed another staff member touching the scale after handling raw chicken, which further compounded the issue of cross-contamination ?

Good place to find Costa Rican products. They have a wide variety of products from different countries that’s extremely good. Recommended.

Excellent experience shopping here. I've gone back several times, and the employees are always very helpful and friendly. Very good quality meats and produce.

A good store with receptive attendants though things seem a bit expensive but you’ll definitely get them fresh.They should also consider home delivery .

I got harassed and abused by a store manager and another female worker there today. I walked in trying to find some fresh produce that I need good quality and decent price. I don't shop there very often. Somehow within a few minutes when I checked around the fresh produce isle, the male manager approached me and asked me if I needed any help, I said no but thank you. When I walked to other isles, I can feel this guy stalked me in a distance. He followed me all the way to meat department. I soon walked to the exit for fear that they may suspect me shoplifting. I was stopped by a female worker at exit questioning me whether I spied on their price tag, and whether I was from another store nearby. The lady showed her anger and said they don't check the other store's price, I am a "jerk" checking theirs. I said no I am just a regular customer. She was in disbelief and kept questioning me, raised her voice, being very rude. I was very upset and felt threatened. I called the police, and after police replied coming soon, they started calming down. I feel I was being targeted, and I was in fear. The police finally showed up and the manager explained to the cop the store had some shoplifting recently. Per their store policy they can question anyone if they feel they need to. I was in shock they are allowed to do this to me or to someone else. My case has nothing to do with shoplifting. It seems I was targeted because I am an Asian, and perhaps the other store they mentioned is owned by some Koreans. I got the case number from the Middlesex police department. Please be mindful customers are entitled to check price tags. This kind of random attack to an innocent customer can be sued eventually.

Very clean and a great variety of items. Fresh produce displayed nicely and an abundance of types. Prices higher than other stores, yet everything looked clean and fresh. Fish market in back. Many items from around the world store appears large. Aisles are skinny. Lots of items on shelving. Good sales with your super card that is free at the courtesy counter. All the employees were working hard yet friendly and helpful. Nice meat selection with butcher section. Quite impressed with selection of items, not as much impressed with pricing.

Horrible place to shop. Mangers are rude and don’t work with you when there is an issue. Their food is always rotten especially their plantains. There’s always mold on their veggies especially the red and green peppers. I don’t know how they are still in business. Walking distance from my house but I rather drive 10 minutes for better quality food and service. If I can give them a -100 stars I would.
