placed order on black friday. my card was charged promptly but no tracking number was provided, no shipping info was provided, no response to emails nor to phone calls. Does this company even exist? They charged my card!

My delivery of 10lbs of Turkish apricots were mostly rotten, with weird black stuff growing inside some of them. Inedible and useless. I attempted to contact Sincerely Nuts over several platforms, but no one from the company can be bothered to response or make good on their customer service or provide a quality product for your money. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Have to say, pretty disappointed. Made an order and the tracking info wasn't showing up. Okay, figured it would be an easy thing to check on. Two emails to their support group and 15 minutes on hold later, I have yet to make any progress. Sorry nuts, but you're sincerely disappointed me.

Terrible site, terrible customer service, so many sites that do what they do faster,cheaper,and overall higher quality. Don't recommend at all! Orders ship late and incorrect

Wow amazing amazing amazing! I've had their nuts so many times in the last couple of years and I couldn't be more satisfied. Everything always tastes fresh , as if it came straight from the tree. Im always looking forward to the next time I will have some of their nuts. Best ever. Thanks very much.

I couldn't be more happy. Freshness was not the word. Everything was delicious. And the way everything was picked and shipped on time. These guys know what there doing. I am purchased from them monthly for the last year or so and couldn't be happier

Not worth the buying - I've gotten poor seeds, so-so cashews, middle of the road pistashios and such. Trader Joes is better for cashews and others are better for real Turkish nuts and various seeds. SN may have been good back when...before there was as much local and online competition, but now they are run-of-the-mill or worse, IMHO. To each his own, tho, and if you like their stuff so be it.

Poor customer service and order tracking. Never received my order. Can I leave a 0 star review? I placed my order on May 1. It is May 26 and still have not received my order. I emailed customer service multiple times and never received a response. Very disappointed.

When I first started ordering here, the product was very consistent for the first five or so orders. Then suddenly, any subsequent order of the same product with the same request of quality was the exact opposite. Two orders ago, I contacted them to let them know and was quite disappointed that I never even got an answer, let alone the common courtesy of either offering a refund or replacement. I tried one more order, the same inferior quality, so I am done and have to go looking again. That is why I am only rating two stars.

The stuff I've ordered has come quickly and been overall pretty decent, but I'm put off by the "product of China" label. Seems sketchy.
