“The postal worker manning the counter between 11-12pm is the best. He had a system of keeping the line flowing smoothly by entertaining 2 clients at a time. While helping someone ahead of me, he asked me what I needed. When it was my turn, as he was preparing my box, he started asking the next in line how he could help. He was cool the whole time. Thanks for a great customer service.”
“The employees at this location are wonderful whenever I go in. Today I had a box I didn’t realize had to be shipped FedEx and they taped it up for me and put the label on for me without me even asking so I could take it over to FedEx. Thanks so much! I’ve been dealing with a lot of stress trying to return that particular item so that little gesture made my day a lot better.”

“I mostly use this UPS store for Amazon returns and the employees have always been kind and knowledgeable. During a visit in June, I noticed that they make banners and the owner personally explained the options and truly wanted to help me design a beautiful banner for my son’s graduation. I requested an 16’ by 5’ banner in a timeframe that was too small, but the owner worked late nights, even to 10:30pm to make sure that I was happy. This shows true character and I am happy to support this place of business. The banner was truly beautiful, high quality, and a truly reasonable price.”

When I went into open my box this week, Anthony (the postmaster) recognized me, greeted me by name and knew my box number. “I went here to get my passport photos taken after my photos from CVS were rejected. I've been to multiple Walgreens and CVS locations- all of which had no photography station set up, and the staff had no training on how to take photos. At Postal annex, they have a fantastic setup
with the proper lighting and a professional camera. They know what they're doing!”

“Wonderful experience with Crater & Freighters. We relocated to Denmark and I wanted to send my 2007 "like new" Ducati. I found them by reputation for crating art... And a Ducati could arguably be considered "art"? Regardless, Joe Marotta communicated and responded to my questions. I also discovered that our shipping company was very familiar with them which furthered my comfort level and understanding that shipping is a tight-knit business. After our container arrived I was even more pleased by how my Duc was securely set inside. It was better than the photos. If I could do it again, I'd move with our clothes, necessities and my Duc only. Don't waste your time with the other stuff. It's all still in boxes... Thanks again Craters & Freighters.”
