Trusted Randy, even though he was rough around the edges. Too bad he retired. New owner, Sean, is a nice guy, but doesn't provide itemized bills. Pulls a number out of the air and thats it. No explanation. We had our car checked before a long road trip to Georgia. He missed some important issues on my car beforehand that we had to get repaired in Georgia. He claimed he ordered a door handle for our car and he must've forgotten because its been over a year now. He's a nice personable man, but sloppy in his repairs and his bills don't show what you're paying for. I'm taking my cars somewhere else now.

I would give Randy 10 stars but they wouldn't let me. He's been servicing my cars for many, many years and I wouldn't think of going elsewhere, not even to a dealer. RANDY IS TERRIFIC !!!!

My family members and I have been using-and trusting-Randy for years as the expert in keeping car safety priority #1. He is fair, always honest, communicates clearly issues he may find which need attention, and stands behind his work. Randy explains options when repairs need to be addressed; he provides information clearly and comprehensively.. I think that Randy is an expert in his work and is deserving of being termed an expert craftsman and professional. He takes the time to thoroughly check out any problem and solve it. Randy does solve problems because he pays attention to the vehicle but also to the customer. I think there is a partnership between car owner and driver and the mechanic who services the vehicle. I am happy to have Randy work on my car because I know that any repair needed is not only done, but is done well. Randy test drives to check his work. I know that if Randy is satisfied with his repair work, I will be also. Thank you, Randy!

Randy was no less than fantastic informative and had my truck back to me sooner than expected. I couldn't be more happy with is work and professionalism. I would highly recommend him. The wires on my engine harness rubbed through and was sending random misfire codes and a truck ran horrible. He found it right away and repaired it for me. I could not have been happier to he gave you a very reasonable price. Thank you Randy

Even though R&R prices have been above average my family has been bringing all of our family cars to Randy's for the last 15 - 20 years . Randy was always considered the go to person when we had car issues.Recently, I had a terrible experience where Randy took great issue with attitude whereby he would not even look at my car because it was previously serviced by car dealer where the car was purchased.I felt so vulnerable and offended toward his response by Randy that I'll never go back to R&R due to this horrible experience. I'll continue to share my experience to my family, friends and others.
