Store not taking returns even with receipt and within NAPA return policy.
Went to return air filter but will not accept return with valid receipt since store is considered private and since unable to pull records Store employee said they don't hold records more than 1 year.
Poor customer service.
Even tried to return at other NAPA store and they said item is eligible for return but have to return to D&B since it is private store.

Worst customer service. I placed an online order, showed up the next day for pickup while I was on lunch break. When I arrived, I stood in line while the cashiers were having a conversation with the customer in front of me. After the conversation was over, one of the guys had the audacity to ask me if I needed help as if nothing happened. I said nope thank you and walked right out. Not coming back any time soon for sure.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!! I called them at 4:55 for a part and they got it, paid over the phone and I picked it up three minutes after closing. They stayed open to take care of a customer that’s not something you see every day.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
