I needed a clear picture of my Father for his funeral. I was searching for a Photo Shop that did excellent work..... and I found it with Klein & Ulmes. My only pictures of my dad were obstructed with other people and objects. David did a phenomenal job of isolating my dads face, blacking out the background and enlarging the picture to 20x24 size. This was not an easy job; several other photo shops said they could not do it OR not sure if it would come out clear OR it would take 3-4 days. David performed the work in 8 hours. He was professional, kind and courteous. I am a Customer of Klein & Ulmes for life ‼ï¸

I've been using K&U for many years after leaving a different digital imaging company that I was very unhappy with. As an artist who does very detailed watercolor paintings of nature subjects, I really appreciate the work that Dave does – I have never been disappointed. The time and care he takes to get the colors to match as accurately as possible are considerable. My recent digital scan was excellent, as usual.

I have been using Klein& Ulmes for the past 30 + years and have had no issues with the quality, pricing, personalized service, or speedy turnaround. By far the best lab I've used in my 42 year career.

Used them in the late eighties when I was between darkrooms. They were OK, not great. Then, they reticulated some 120 roll film development. They blamed me, saying I probably hadn't refrigerated my film. I had. I sent the ruined film (which was shot on a professional assignment!) to Kodak. They affirmed my assessment that the fixer temperature must have been way off to ruin the film. Carelessness. Klein and Ulmes never admitted their mistake. I never used them again.
