The newest version of the mobile app is a complete failure! It's a nightmare! Why ruin a good thing? There are so many issues and glitches that it is laughable. I have contacted support on several occasions. Each time they respond that the issues have been resolved. When infact, nothing has changed! Extremely frustrating!

This used to be a great CRM. Once Leap took over it has progressively gotten worse.I am currently trying to load one screen to change the order of the list I was looking at. It has been working for over 5 minutes. When We first told leap about this issue in May they told us it was our connectivity. However we do not have this issue with any other websites. We then sent in screen recordings of the issue, and were told to un-install and re-install. It didn't help, and no other help was offered and our ticket was closed. It is now 4 months later, and still having the same issue.This is only one of the many issues I am having with this company. DO NOT USE THIS CRM.*When I went to "load more" It took another 6 minutes to load, This is not acceptable

The transition from our CRM to Job Progress was painful. Ran into lots of issues, support was very hard to get ahold of, lots of broken promises from Job Progress. We have put a year into this and still don’t have it up and running the way we need it. It feels like Job Progress is in over its head.

Purchased this software three months ago. I still have not got a demonstration of how to use the software. We have had two appointments scheduled. I have been in both meetings and no one‘s been there then when I let them know that I’m in the meeting, no one replies. I have four new employees which are about to quit because they have new software and new organization. Absolutely horrible customer service!

Edit: LOVED JobProgress when I wrote the original review. The acquisition from Leap seems to have been a poor business move. The great customer service we experienced in the past is now non-existent. I'm on day 4 of a major issue with hardly any response of resolution. They've removed phone support as an option and are slow to respond.We've been using Job Progress for almost three years now and it has been a great tool for our company. My favorite feature is the flawless Quickbooks Desktop integration to sync our customers, projects, invoices, and customer payments. The job financials are easy to view in JP, so you can quickly get a snapshot of your customer's account without having to use QB. Other favorite features include the customizable workflow, integration with Eagle View and QuickMeasure, ability to track all user communication (internal communication and communication with customer) within the job page, view all e-mail history and user activity, ability to send tasks to other users, separate production and staff calendars, and intuitive reports with ability to export to Excel to glean additional information. The only things we dislike about JP are minor-- their work order template does not have all the information we like our crews to have (easily solvable by linking Google Drive account and importing our own work order in seconds), and we'd like to see more filter options for reports.

Our company started working with this software, but first of all is too slow (important thing)customer service was not there to help us or explain it, also they don’t offer a free trial so you will spend a lot of money just to try for something that if dont fit your expectations they won’t return it. Waste of money. They are not professional and don’t take care of their customers. We called , texted, emailed .

I’ve used many CRM’s in the past from EMR’s to trade CRM’s. Most of them have a lot, but as soon as you start using them with your current SOP’s, they flunk. Job Progress was truly built for the contractor. Their in tune design with the common procedures makes everyday operations flow simply. There are many ways to hold your employees accountable and is the mesh that prevents anything from falling through the cracks. Their innovation and constant creative thinking keeps them on the cutting edge of new releases that apply to every contractor. Their desire to meet their consumers needs cannot be best. I’ve worked with quite a few of the team and gotten to know them all well. The story behind this is incredible. Mike Ippoliti and David are two of the greatest. Mike is so attentive to every single request! Truly- you cannot find better... save yourself the time and effort in demos... JP is the way to go and the future.

What a life saver this product is for our company. We were growing so fast the only way to keep things moving smoothly was going to be with a great crm product. Thankfully we found Job Progress. We had great on site training (more than once) that got all of our staff up to speed. Rony has answered all of our questions even on off hours. Really couldn't ask for anything more. If you really want to be organized, efficient and on top of your contracting business this is where you go!

These guys are trying, and their staff is excellent. However, there a still bugs to be worked out, and there is no "trial" to use in order to see if it is a good fit for your business. I would use caution if you are a small business such as myself, you'll probably find that it does not simplify your office time, but complicate it. I suspect it would be better suited for larger businesses with more moving parts. Otherwise, total overkill and far more complicated than it needs to be. My intent was to pair down and simplify my office hours.
