Excellence! I recently sent an order of pork roll to my dear friends in Hawaii. I was a bit nervous, but when I called and spoke with Kate she reassured me and that package went out the door and was in HI in 2 days, still cold and in time for the weekend. Incredible customer service! Always appreciate ordering from a family business too.

I had the best experience with this company!! Called my order in and spoke to Kate and she was a delight to talk to!! My order was delivered in 2 days and everything was packed nicely. Will definitely order again!

UPDATE:I received a call from the owner within 24 hours of this review (on a Sunday). She offered to do whatever she could to make this right. Fortunately, we placed the product in the freezer, so no harm. I will order again for another try based on this response.My customer service experience was very different than others leaving a review. I placed an order in the summer to be shipped. My husband is a Jersey native and I wanted to surprise him. When the order was received, there was some insulation and two ice packs. It was brought right inside the house, but the Texas heat and time in delivery vehicle were unforgiving. The product did not feel cold so we temped it and it was 66 degrees. My husband immediately put it in the freezer and I reached out to the company to find out if it would be considered safe to eat. Some processed meats do not require refrigeration and I wasn’t sure about this one. We received no response, no follow up to multiple emails and no return calls. Completely ghosted!

This company is the BEST!Excellent customer service very reliable, forthright and honest company.I placed an order late on a Sunday night & realized after I had transmitted that I’d typed my email incorrectly! I had planned to call first thing Monday morning. Before I could even call them Kim had identified the issue and Kate was calling me to answer shipping questions that my friend who was the recipient had called them to ask regarding the packaging of our order (porkroll).Kate & Kim helped straighten out my account setup and answered all the shipping questions. Then Kate called to inform me before I could even get time to call them on Monday morning. WOW…now that is EXCEPTIONAL customer service!The product arrived in TX buy Wednesday (order placed Sunday night standard postage aka snail mail) in PERFECT condition! As Kate assured us it would! My friend enjoyed porkroll sandwiches for dinner on that Wednesday evening & said it was DELICIOUS!Can’t rave enough about how terrific my overall experience was in dealing with this company.I HIGHLY recommend and they are ABSOLUTELY my first choice for future shipping of our famous NJ Porkroll and all other products they ship :-)Beautifully executed Kim & Kate!

Just received my 4th order using USPS and never a problem. They do a great job packaging to keep it cold in transit. We can buy "taylor ham" at our grocery but it is not the same. This is a terrific product that I ate as a school kid in NJ in the 60's and love it.

Worst online purchase *ever*. We placed a large order for taylor's ham to be delivered to california. I tracked the shipment & stayed home from work that day to receive the shipment. Nothing was packaged properly- there were just two small ice packs in each box without any insulation, and all of the meat was completely warm. I reached out to the company multiple times to ask for a refund or new shipment. They haven't responded to anything... even worse, I made the purchase through paypal and they keep closing the case in the seller's favor.Just know if you purchase from here, and they don't package the order properly for delivery, you'll be out all the money you paid. Complete waste of $150.

So this was my first experience with ordering pork roll from here. My brother lives out in PA and can’t get pork roll. I decided that I would send him some for Christmas . After looking all over for a place beside the obvious Amazon I found Jersey Pork Roll. What better place to order from right.I proceed to place my order I think great my brother is going to be so happy.I then realized that I put the wrong address to ship it to . With it being after hoursI called the next morning before they opened and left a message for a call back. The impatient person that I am I called to follow up .Kate answered and was nothing short of amazing. She went above and beyond to help me even though the website states no changes could be made after an order was placed.She made sure the package was pulled snd a new label with the correct address was reprinted .I thought that I was the only person left with this kind of work ethic. Kate you are amazing and I can’t thank you enough for helping me.Looks like my brother will be getting plenty of pork roll going forward because this will be the only place I will ever order it from!Merry Christmas Kate you are awesome !Janice T

Ordered Taylor Ham on December 12th, plenty of time before Christmas. It wasn't shipped until the 20th, obviously cutting it close. Has since been lost in the mail and not delivered. Customer service is not helpful at all (and didn't respond to two emails). No refund, no replacement package. Don't order from here unless you're willing to lose your money from a company that doesn't take care of a customer that never received their purchase.

Worst experience. Was told after it arrived two days late and looked brown and tasted bad that it was fine. Also was told because I picked post office delivery and not air, it was my fault. Woman hung up on me and was rude. Will never patronize them again and you shouldn't either. What has happened to good customer service and a company taking pride in their products. Bad bad experience!

I ordered a 6lb roll which cost over $60 after shipping. I was very disappointed upon receipt of the package. It had some small ice packs in the box with it. By the time the package arrived to Texas, the meat was just barely below room temperature. I emailed the company but received no response. I was so excited about being able to get this Jersey staple delivered to me, but it turns out that I just wasted $60.
