We deal with Luis who is phenomenal in setting up our orders and Mark has been our delivery driver. Mark is super friendly and professional. This is how a company should be run. Whoever is hiring and managing these people must know what they’re doing.

Great place great people great knowledge of projects.Mauricio was amazing and knowledgeable and a great help. Had an issue with the posts and Mauricio connected me to the railing rep and they were amazing as well.Ordered Dekorators decking and it was amazing as Mauricio double checked my calculations.

This store front does not deserve any stars after my experience today 11-13-2021 with the assistant manager I would not recommend ANYONE to this store. Not only did he not know any information on ThermaTru doors but he was arrogant and denied my request to speak to his manager stating he is the assistant manager. Very unprofessional overall when I was giving my measurements I needed for my door and design he stated “you get what you get “ he even came outside and dropped the F-bomb in front of my 2 kids and wife which can testify to his behavior. The assistant manager of this store needs to be fired !!!! This store will continue to loose potential clients if he remains there .

I contacted Jeff Alvarado at Jaeger Lumber to assist me on a gut renovation for a house. From day 1, Jeff took time out to go over all the details from the replacement windows to the doors to the hardy plank. Pricing and service were excellent. Jeff is accessible and great to work with. I plan on using Jeff for my future projects. Thank you for making the process smoother!

One of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time! Mauricio Lopez went out of his way to track down the manufacturer of a window I purchased a number of years ago. Thanks to his help the repair is confirmed to be under warranty. He continued to keep me updated until the issue was resolved. Thanks Mauricio!
