My experience with Hands on Therapy has been nothing less than exceptional. From start to finish their staff was courteous, compassionate, and professional. From scheduling my first appointment to my graduation day everyone at Hands on was extremely helpful and genuinely concerned for my well being and health.

Contrary to the name this is the worst physical therapy I have ever experienced. They wasted two and half month of my healing time by doing useless exercises. Even my doctor wasn't happy with my progress and kept asking if they are not taking my injury seriously, even though I got their referral from the same doctor. The doctor suggested me certain exercises but these guys ignored it and continued with those six seven basic exercises since the beginning. Keith the owner told me that I would need six months to heal despite what doctor said. Finally I ditched them and joined another PT nearby and first question the new PT asked how long have I had the Pt and sounded so surprised to know that I did PT for over two and half month 24 sessions with little progress. Three weeks at new PT and I was all well because of their precise handling by them. Please beware of them if you want to save your money n time.

Welcome to the world of needing a physical therapist. Trust me when I tell you not every place you go will be the B.E.S.T! Let's have a chat! First off no worries. They have 2 locations. I chose to go to the middlesex office because well it's convenient for me. Although to be honest I'm closer to the other office. But any who...... first impressions are usually the deciding factor of many things. Life seems to be about first impressions. But let's down to the nitty gritty here. Walk in to a waiting room and sign in window where i am usually greeted with a hello,hi or welcome back. Room is open with a divider separating the waiting area from the therapy area. Therapist is usually notified of your arrival. Ok let's get "physical". Keep in mind though i can only review the people i come into contact with in this office. But I'm sure everyone is just as good. Patty is my therapist. She's great at her job. I feel like she knows exactly what she's doing and doesn't push me beyond my capabilities. Listens to my worries and adjusts my plan accordingly. Keith I believe is man behind the practice. An owner if you will but unlike any owner. He's on the floor treating and talking with patients. Very professional and it shows. Michelle and *Anne* (hope that's right) are also therapists here. I personally haven't had any experience with them but they also are very professional with there patients. Never a bad thing said about any of the therapists.... Now for the "therapists in training". ???? They have a lot assistants. And let me tell you. These girls are no joke. They work and make sure your doing your therapy correct. Very observant and yet very personal. Keeping an eye on every person and the therapists to ensure they have what they need. Just wish I could remember all there names because they deserve praise also. So in closing I'll spell out what B.E.S.T physical therapy means when it comes to your treatment... Better Every Single Time

What a welcoming and friendly environment to rehab my knee after surgery. Keith and his entire staff are awesome. Very knowledgeable, attentive and helpful every session. I went two or three times a week for three months, and looked forward to every visit. I would highly recommend them for your physical therapy!!!
