Disorganized and rude. Does not call when finished, saying they "forgot" and even when i schedule to reserve a week ahead of time they put another customer ahead of me causing me to waste a whole day where i called out of work for them. I bought a Audi that did not run, I live 2 hours away and found this shop. Contacted the owner. Talked to him for a few days with all my issues. I got the car towed there and everything he found out what was wrong he sent me pictures. Great communication with me throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Darius and the crew at D.T. Auto. I pass at least 15-20 repair shops on my half hour drive to D.T., because they are the only ones I trust for their combination of talent, skill, and honesty.I recently had a repair completed that I know would have gone down the rabbit hole of replacement parts and labor at any other shop or dealer. When the transmission in my Audi, Darius came to my rescue. The dealership was willing to charge me 15k to repair! I did some research and found DT Auto! Darius, the owner, was great.
