I had my car repaired here after a deer accident. I paid around $1700 or so in repairs. I felt my damages were more severe and was a little shocked by this but trusted them as Geico had a partnership with them and figured they must be good. When I picked up my car and drove it, I noticed my alignment had a slight pull to the right but I eventually thought nothing of it.A month later, I brought my car to BMW for new tires and the second the BMW technician got into my car, he said something felt off about it. When assessing my vehicle, he said my car was UNSAFE TO DRIVE. They sent me an entire in depth video of all the damages from my deer accident stating they weren’t fixed properly and many things were missed. They thankfully fixed everything, and it cost almost $11,000!!!! I couldn’t believe the poor job that was previously done and how my car was handed back to me from this place in an UNSAFE condition.

Had a great experience getting repairs done after an accident from the snow last month. The front end was a mess but Jonathan was great right from the start. He went over all my concerns and those he saw just at a quick glance. The office staff was great whenever I called to get an update. The estimated time for repairs was on point and before I knew it I was ready to pick up my car. The work done looks great and feels great. Definitely the kind of place you want to go when you’re having any kind of issues with your vehicle. We’ve all been told the horror stories about shops not doing right by the customer but this place is definitely the total opposite of that. Even being a 45 min ride, I would happily come back here if I needed a repair.

Hit a deer and was able to set up an appointment with them to drop my car off .. enterprise met me right there! I got updates every Tuesday and Thursday on my car and was able to pick it when it was ready. Super easy process and i’m so glad to have my car back good as new!
