I really want to give this place a 5 star but the pharmacy is horrible sometimes. Like when I needed my nausea medicine and instead of calling me and telling me my insurance only covered 4 I kept calling asking where it was and they just kept saying it wasn't ready. Now this is the third time they've given me the wrong inhaler. I came I spoke to a pharmacist he assured it wouldn't happen again and now I sent someone to pick it up and I now have another inhaler that won't save my life after speaking to them multiple times. I have severe allergies too. What's next you going fill a medicine I'm allergic to ?♀️like this is serious. Lives are on the line. Give the proper medication after being told multiple times! It should be in my file and not this hard!

This place is ridiculous! You serve the public and you close the pharmacy for lunch break! Are you kidding me????? If someone is in diar need for a prescription and has to wait until your lunch is over that is a major problem. Like any other businesses that serve the public you NEED to have coverage!!!! You mean to tell me that one person only works in the pharmacy? If you have more than 1 than you need to schedule different lunch times in order to serve the public.

Pharmacist hung up on me while I was trying to figure out how to send in a script for my infant son. I wasn’t rude but he was. Worst pharmacy ever.

CVS has an amazing app. So use the features and makes any visit that much easier. You can specify your "MY Store" and shop online via the app for items before you go in and /or apply coupons to items that you buy right below the item in the app. Then schedule for pickup or shopping online for free delivery if you have CVS CARE pass that is $5 per month for free Rx prescription deliveries and shopping and 20% off all CVS brand items and more discounts. Yes the pharmacy line is long but times ar tough and most medical affiliated places are short staffed and CVS Pharmacy they work long hours with minimal employees everywhere so patience is key. Give people grace. My con is no drive thru here for pharmacy so if that is something important to you, find another location. This is 1.5 miles from my house so too close. Also not a Health Hub closest is in Green Brook off Hwy 22. Also next door to Rita's Ice which is nice on hot summer day!!

worst experience, just to fill up simple z pack antibiotics, they took more than 1 and half hour. also day before we went for Claritin D . it is over the counter but lately they store it pharmacy. we ask him at 8.01 PM and guy says they close at 8 .

Absolute horrible store. A floor employee screamed at my child who wasn't doing anything but staring and ended up making my child cry. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional.

I love the new and improved Pharmacy staff. Nirav Patel is very patient kind and professional. He filled my prescription in a timely manner. Did not have to wait very long at all. Thank you Nirav

Waited at the front check out register waiting foe help woth Nicotine patches. I cordially asked for CVS brand patches, addilessent told me they were in the back somewhere , proceeded to ignore me to help another customer. I will never patronize this cvs again ! i will drive across town to Walgreens for goodness sake!

This is the WORST pharmacy! I only give it two stars because the people are nice. However, there is ALWAYS a long line. Worse, they regularly can’t find prescriptions that, according to reminder texts, have already been filled. (Probably what causes the long line!) There is no drive through. I wish my insurance would let me go to a different pharmacy besides CVS!

Horrible experience at the pharmacy today. I waited 1 hour and 30 mins for my prescription to be ready. I went to them twice and was told it’s not ready yet. My daughter needed medication, I visited them yesterday also and they we’re closing. So, couldn’t take the order.

I have been getting the same prescription every month for years and I'm frequently told they're out of stock and I have to wait about a week before it's actually filled. Just saying, if you have a steady customer getting the same thing every month for years you would have it available. Apparently, they don't keep up with their inventory.

Always very helpful at the store. A lot of the customers come in with an agenda and are very rude and I feel sorry for the cashiers at the store because they take a lot of abuse from impolite customers.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff that can’t be bothered to help you. Cashier literally said “I need to leave.” And stared at me as soon as I stepped up to the register. No, “sorry do you mind using self checkout?” Or any offer to wait during shift change. I guess people are just too lazy to do their job, or at least have common courtesy. If you don’t know how to interact with people, you need to find a different job.

No customer service and rude. Can't be bothered, especially during shift change evidently
