CVS, a well-known pharmacy and retail chain, is praised for its exceptional customer service, especially in the photo department. The staff is described as kind, caring, and understanding, even in urgent situations like funeral orders. Customers appreciate the convenience of the CVS app, which allows them to shop online and apply coupons before visiting the store. However, the pharmacy department has faced some challenges. Customers have reported issues with receiving the wrong medication or not being informed about coverage limitations. The pharmacy lines can also be long, which customers understand is due to the current staffing shortages in the industry. Despite these occasional pharmacy-related concerns, the overall experience at CVS is positive. The store is described as helpful, and the staff is praised for their patience and professionalism, even when dealing with rude customers. The added convenience of in-store UPS services and the proximity to other businesses, like Rita's Ice, make CVS a popular choice for many customers.
The shelves were pretty empty and the products there were covered in dust. The employee at the front register did not acknowledge me or offer to ring me up, so I did self scan. The tag made the alarm go off as I left, no reaction at all from the employee.
