Wonderful experience with Crater & Freighters. We relocated to Denmark and I wanted to send my 2007 "like new" Ducati. I found them by reputation for crating art... And a Ducati could arguably be considered "art"? Regardless, Joe Marotta communicated and responded to my questions. I also discovered that our shipping company was very familiar with them which furthered my comfort level and understanding that shipping is a tight-knit business. After our container arrived I was even more pleased by how my Duc was securely set inside. It was better than the photos. If I could do it again, I'd move with our clothes, necessities and my Duc only. Don't waste your time with the other stuff. It's all still in boxes... Thanks again Craters & Freighters.

I cannot speak highly enough of Craters and Freighters....their customer service is top notch...they delivered important cargo to California from NJ for us...Every step that was described was exactly the way it unfolded, from the excellent pick up to the well packaged product that arrived in a timely manner and unscathed...their actual price was even a few dollars LESS than they had estimated...You are in good hands with this company!

I cannot say enough good about this office from the immediate replies you get on inquiries, to the attention to detail and effort they make. These are my guys for anything in NJ PERIOD. Nobody else will handle any crating services in NJ as long as C & F are around. Rates are beyond fair as well. Great people all around.

Excellent service:Super friendly staff, a smooth and efficient process. Very happy with the service.The work they did was to pick up a printer that I bought on eBay, and it could only be picked up, it did not include shipping. They quoted the packaging and shipping. And the printer arrived in perfect condition.
