Man I went to the vet in Indiana 4times a yr and spent less then 500$. I've spent 700$ here just in 2visits. Man it's crazy how money hungry this clinic is..... another reason to want out of New Jersey.......

my trip was very good and the appt was on time. The doctor checked all of the cat and the cat was fine and relaxed. The nurse was very good also.

Recently went in for my first time. They were easy to book and quick to obtain previous records. The vet tech RJ was phenomenal- knowledgeable, attentive, and very gentle with my baby. I was a nervous wreck and he calmed even my worries. Dr. Amato was amazing and even got Jaxon to take treats at the vet which he has never done before. They were able to administer vaccines and take a blood sample without muzzling Jaxon which my previous vet would say was not doable. Dr. Amato followed up the next day personally to go over blood work results and next step options- very thorough. The front desk staff was polite and respectful from the time of booking, making a deposit, getting records, and checking in and out the day of the appointment.

We went for the 1st time Saturday. I wish I remembered the doctors name but she was great and so was everyone else who we dealt with. I left there without feeling taken advantage of like most vets. She prescribed the right meds and it’s working like a charm. Definitely our new vet now thank god!

To see my dog wag her tail to enter this clinic and want to say hello to the staff, is enough to know that they take a gentle approach to servicing pets. They aim to not overcrowd the waiting room, it's clean as well, they listen to the concerns of the owners and aim to care for your pet. They don't force unnecessary vaccines, educate us as pet owners and aim to reduce any potential stressful treatments. I truly appreciate their approach.

This was a nice vet pre- covid but the last few visits were not good. The Dr. was rushing us through all of our concerns and was focused on surgery for our pet, and no other options. Dont remember the Dr.s name. Also very expensive for pet vaccine compared to other places. They just dont seem to really like animals. I will be going to another vet in the future.

If I could give you a zero, I would. Your staff is lovely but the veterinarian is arrogant and doesn’t care about my dog at all. You made a mistake on my dogs medications, failed to realize it when I called, and had the nerve to speak down to me when I asked for help. You are a terrible man.

Good Vets and Vet Techs. They definitely care about your pets and are knowledgeable. However a little pricey and I feel a little rushed during visits but I do feel my pets are taken care of.

This place is amazing. I used to go to Banfield in PetSmart and my dog was afraid. She would shake going near the counter. I've been going to Bound Brook Vet clinic for over a year - regular check ups and emergencies. They've been astounding to my pup. She no longer shakes going to the vet and even wags her tail while waiting in the lobby.

I have been going to BBVC for over 20 years. I trust their team of doctors and staff, they are considerate, understanding, and accommodating (no one can account for emergencies). Even when I moved out of town a few years ago, I still bring my animals there! The doctors are open to questions and answer thoroughly and are willing to go the extra mile and send recommendations even outside of their business hours. That can go a long way for many. I appreciate their care.
