Shopping here was good I found lots of things I loved but my fitting room experience was horrible. There was this old woman (I didn’t catch her name) but she had long gray/white hair and she was VERY rude. She immediately YELLS at me saying I was only allowed 8 items which I was already counting my items…and keeps yelling “LOOK AT THE SIGN” “CAN YOU NOT SEE” repeatedly after I said I know I’m counting my items. She then yells again saying “NO put it on the hanger and I WILL COUNT THEM”. So I did and then I try my stuff on and come back out to get more of my things. She then counts my items I took in again and counts 9 and asks me how is that possible. IDK YOU COUNTED IT? Anyways she deserves to be fired, she was very rude and loud and no store should ever have a person representing them like this.

Girl doing nothing in back room except stuffing her face … I asked her to quide me where something was so I could find it specifically for my daughter who was with me ( not for me )…excuse do u have ? Her response NO IDEA .. not, let me find out let me help you …. Ooo ok u keep getting paid to be ignorant I’ll take my business elsewhere and out we walked .. good job Ross !!!

Today January 27 I was at Ross Rio Grande south Jersey, and my experience was horrendous, I went to try on some clothing at the dressing room , and the two ladies specially that girl Michelle that work there they were so rude, they don’t even smile or say good morning , nothing !they make you feel very little there .Every time I go to Ross I spend 100 or 150 dollars but to be honest I think is better spend a little more at marshals or Tjmax a least they treat you very good and they value you as a customerThey seem like they hate the job. I spoke to the manager about it, I really feel bad for the company to have employees like that , I worked with customer service all my life and I never experienced something like this. I hope this constructive criticism help to improve the service at the dressing room.

Store was very clean and organized. I would have given 5 stars but gave 4 stars due to one crazy employee the red head KAREN that works at this location. She was screaming at me saying what is going on why are you in my line??Like calm down didn’t know your line was closed. Another employee Alexa or Alexis which she deserved 5 stars jumped in and said I can help you come over here. She was so sweet and made up for her insane incompetent co-worker.
