This post office is negligent on their responsibilities. I moved into a new home and the prior owner lost the key from the mailbox. It’s been over 2 months, it’s a different excuse every day, the mailbox is still not functioning and I don’t have daily access to my mail. Very unprofessional and poor service.

Worst customer service ever ! 2 of my packages were forward to another address ! Cause no one bothered to take a minute and read the name on the packages. I called and spoke to Kevin the post master. He promised to stop the second shipment and call me right back. These were gifts for my daughter. 3 hours went by with no phone call. I called post office Kevin left for the day ! Spoke to someone else he said he would text Kevin to find out where my package was. Kevin told him to
