I had the pleasure of working with Daniel at the Folsom store. I was returning a “ton” of Comcast equipment and Daniel took care of everything quickly and painlessly! “I have used them for years and I highly recommend them. They're very very good helpful. They will pack your package for you and just very helpful with some things that was difficult to return when I was trying to send a return and that they have their email there and you're trying to get it to come through sometime that difficult so I would recommend if you have anything like that. Also email your own email, so you know when it comes through, then go because if you go there ahead of time- I think something about the building-- it doesn't always come through that way at first ---you have to give it more time!! they have been in business many years and they have great experience, and the owner is from Springfield and grew up here!!”

“I worked with Navis Pack & Ship out of Philadelphia PA. I shipped an antique corner cabinet that had very delicate glass to Colorado. Everything arrived safely with absolutely no damage. They also quoted a reasonable price. Many of the other shippers I looked into were almost double the price.”

“I come here often, sometimes multiple times a week to ship out packages. I sell things online and have yet to get my hands on a printer for my labels—so they‘re able to scan a QR code from my phone and print out my prepaid labels for me! They’re always nice and quick. Only negative is sometimes i’ll walk all the way there and they’ll have a sign on the door that they’re closed early, or only open limited hours that day. However it’s the same with the Secane office. Staffing issue maybe? Still 5 stars :)”
“Just came in to make some copies. I also had to print out something from an email. Without me even having to ask, an employee asked me if I needed any help and when I told him what I needed to do he showed me a better, faster, less expensive way that I would not have been able to figure out.
