About Thrive Fitness - Group and Personal Training
Thrive Fitness is a gym in South Jersey offering small group and personal training. It is described as more than just a training facility; it is a supportive, fun, and motivating community of great people all working to achieve similar goals. The atmosphere is welcoming, making members feel at home. The group fitness classes are fun, enjoyable, and challenging, yet achievable for all fitness levels. The programming is designed to challenge and improve overall fitness, allowing for progression and constant challenge to be the best version of oneself, both in and out of the gym. The coaches and staff are incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely invested in each member's fitness journey, and provide individualized attention, support, and modifications as needed. They guide the classes so members can show up and not think. Members are fun and energetic, committed to their own goals and to supporting each other inside and outside the gym. For many, Thrive is a safe place and a mental break, offering a chance to laugh with friends while getting physically fit. It is consistently noted as the best hour of the day, where members build strength, see results, and feel part of a family.
I’ve been with abby for 10+ years! As a thrive member I’m challenged in various ways and continue to maintain and build strength as I get older. Members are fun, class is challenging and fun, and I love I can show up to class, not think and have a knowledgeable coach guide the class.
