“I recently moved to the area and was looking for a reputable and fairly priced mom and pop shop. All of the positive reviews are spot on. From my first call to actually bringing my car into the shop, I was treated with respect and the man over the phone and in the shop was friendly. They let me sit and wait for my car because I had no other option, even though I wasn't listed as a wait. They put a sticker for my next oil change on the windshield and had a little mat down to protect the driver's side floor. A full synthetic oil change was a little over $70. Better than any chain and cheaper than my last mom and pop shop.”

“I just want to give a shout out to Mike Muller, sales rep, at Loughead. I randomly inquired about selling my Rogue to Loughead. Mike helped coordinate the sale and was very easy to communicate with. When they had an offer ready, he contacted me right away and from there, always answered my questions quickly. When I was there, I was upfront that I wasn’t currently buying a new car and neither he or the GM pushed to try to sell me a car. I had expected to be haggled a little to try to convince me to buy just because it’s something that is generally expected from dealerships. But they didn’t and it was a very easy and smooth experience! I felt that they offered a very fair price for my Rogue especially compared to offers from other dealerships and companies like CarMax and Carvana.
Their service department is also very nice. I had been getting my car serviced there since 2022 when we moved to the area. My only knock for the service department is that they don’t report service to CarFax which can affect trade in value down the line if other dealerships use CarFax information to value the car.”

“Demir has quite literally solved issues that multiple other mechanics have missed. I brought my car, Ford Focus 2017, in with a mystery check engine light that no one else could figure out, my car was shaking at all speeds and making a noise. Demir did the most thorough diagnostic I have ever seen a mechanic do, he took his time and figured out all of the issues the car had. After getting my car back, I am both shocked and grateful at how different and better it feels. He was also honest the entire way through, did not do anything that he didn’t deem absolutely necessary, and communicative from start to finish. “I have been going there for over 20 years and they have given me always the best service the best professionalism they treat women with so much respect and so honest and they will definitely let you know what the problem is before they work on it and that way you have that option to decide what you want to do but always remember that the make and model of your car also depends on the price on what something may cost you because foreign car parts usually cost more compared to American made model vehicles. and always ask questions when you don’t know something or how much it may cause you but for me, they are the best cause they will definitely let you know if they can do it or if they can’t do it because honesty that’s what they are”

“Got my tire presser sensor fixed. Brad picked me up when he heard I was gonna walk back for my car. Great service to the point where they are so busy because of it. I heard they were open at 7am but people showed up at 6:30am to drop off their car. I showed up at 7:15 and was almost last in line. They do first come first serve recommend showing up early or just waiting till later.”
